Privacy Policy

Last updated: May 30, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how OpsCheck handles information submitted to its DNS, SSL, email and network diagnostic tools.

Diagnostic inputs

Depending on the selected tool, users may submit domain names, IP addresses, hostnames, URLs, email or domain authentication records, HTTP headers and other diagnostic inputs. These inputs are used to run the requested check and display the result.

Technical logs

The server may keep technical logs such as request metadata, timestamps, IP addresses, user agent information, errors and security events. These logs may be used for security, debugging, abuse prevention, reliability and service maintenance.

External lookup services

Certain tools may query external DNS, WHOIS, blacklist, SSL, SMTP or network-related infrastructure depending on the selected check. Results may therefore depend on third-party availability, policies, cache state and rate limits.

Cookies

OpsCheck may use essential cookies for security, session handling, CSRF protection, cookie preferences and basic site functionality. If optional analytics or similar integrations are enabled, they should be described in the cookie or privacy settings available on the site.

Advertising

OpsCheck does not currently display third-party advertising. If advertising is added in the future, this policy should be reviewed and updated before such features are enabled.

Sensitive information

Do not enter passwords, private keys, API tokens, confidential credentials or private/internal-only hostnames unless you understand that they will be processed by a public diagnostic service.

Contact

For privacy-related questions, the existing public privacy contact is privacy@opscheck.tech. The site operator should keep this contact information current and monitored.
